Software to Grow · Based in Lebanon
Software that keeps your business organized and ready to grow
SWToGrow designs and builds practical software for small and medium businesses: point-of-sale and inventory systems, websites and online stores, booking apps, and custom tools that take manual work off your team.
Start with a no-obligation conversation. You get a written proposal before any work begins.

What we build
Four ways we help businesses work better
Each project starts from how your business runs today. We then build the smallest useful solution first and extend it as you grow.
POS & inventory
Sales and receipt printing, stock tracking, low-stock alerts, staff access and shifts, and several terminals sharing one local database.
Websites & e-commerce
Company and service websites, online stores, campaign landing pages and inquiry websites that turn visitors into conversations.
Booking & mobile apps
Scheduling, customer records and reminders for clinics, doctors, barbers, salons, beauty centers and other appointment-based businesses.
Custom software
Desktop, web and mobile applications, internal management tools, automation and integrations for work that off-the-shelf tools don’t cover.
Problems we help solve
Does any of this sound familiar?
Most businesses don’t need “more technology”. They need fewer repeated tasks, fewer mistakes and a clearer picture of what is going on.
Stock counts that never match
Inventory updated with every sale, plus alerts before a best-seller runs out.
Sales kept in notebooks or spreadsheets
A point-of-sale that prints receipts and turns the day’s sales into a report automatically.
Appointments lost in chat messages
One calendar for the whole team, customer history in one place, and reminders that go out on their own.
Customers can’t find you online
A clear website that explains what you offer and makes it easy to call, message or order.
Hours lost to repetitive admin
Automations and integrations that move data between tools, so nobody has to copy it by hand.
No clear view of how the business is doing
Simple reports built from your own sales, stock and booking data, not guesses.
Concept demonstrations
See the kind of software we build
SWToGrow is a new company, so rather than show logos we show our thinking. These are concept designs we created to illustrate typical solutions. They are not delivered client projects.

Concept
Retail POS with stock alerts
A checkout screen for a mini-market: fast product search, receipt printing, shift information per terminal, and a notice when an item drops below its reorder level.

Concept
Salon & clinic booking app
Customers choose a service and an available slot; the business sees the day at a glance and reminders go out automatically.

Concept
Local business website
A site for a neighborhood bakery with one clear message, pickup ordering and a direct chat button for questions.
How we work
A clear process from first call to ongoing support
You always know what is being built, what it costs and what happens next.
Discovery
A conversation about how your business works today, what slows you down and what a good result looks like.
Proposal
A written proposal with scope, milestones, timeline and cost. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
Development
We build in short stages and show you working progress, so feedback arrives early rather than at the end.
Testing
We test with realistic data and your actual devices, such as receipt printers and phones, before anything goes live.
Launch
We install, move your existing data where possible, and train your team on day-to-day use.
Support
An agreed support arrangement for fixes, updates and help, plus a plan for the next improvements.
Why SWToGrow
What you can expect from us
We are a young company, so we won’t quote numbers we don’t have yet. Here is how we work with every client instead.
Scope and price in writing
You get a written proposal with what is included, milestones and cost before any work begins.
Built for local conditions
We plan for the realities of doing business in Lebanon, such as power and internet interruptions, USD and LBP pricing and WhatsApp-first customers.
Start focused, grow later
We would rather deliver a focused first version you use every day than a large system that takes a year to arrive.
Honest advice
If an existing product fits your needs better than custom software, we will tell you.
Your data, clearly handled
Where your data is stored, who can access it and how you can export it are agreed in the proposal.
Handover you can rely on
Training for your team, plus documentation for how the system is set up and used.
FAQ
Questions we often hear
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need. After a short discovery call we send a written proposal with a clear scope, timeline and price, and you decide whether to go ahead. The first conversation carries no obligation.
Is your POS system ready to use today?
We build POS and inventory solutions around each business’s needs. Depending on your requirements, that may mean configuring an existing base or developing new features. When you request a demo, we show you what exists today and explain clearly what would be built for you.
Will it keep working if the internet goes down?
For POS systems, we can design the setup so several terminals share a database on your local network and sales continue without internet. Cloud backup and remote reports are options we discuss during scoping.
Can you connect to the tools we already use?
Often, yes. Accounting software, online stores, spreadsheets and messaging tools can sometimes be connected, depending on what they allow. We check what is possible during discovery before promising anything.
How long does a project take?
A focused website can take a few weeks. Larger systems are delivered in stages. The proposal includes a timeline based on your actual scope.
What happens after launch?
We agree on a support arrangement that covers fixes, updates and help for your team, and we plan the next improvements with you when you are ready.
Do you work with businesses outside Lebanon?
We are based in Lebanon and focus on local businesses, and we are happy to discuss remote projects elsewhere.
Tell us what is slowing your business down
Send a short description of your project. We will reply to arrange a discovery call, and if there is a good fit you will receive a written proposal.
